We used step legal during the sale of…
We used step legal during the sale of our Mum’s home. The sale became quite complicated and delayed at times as at first we needed to use LPAs and then we needed probate. Step legal communicated with all parties involved regularly and steered us through the sale as quickly and efficiently as possible. I would use step legal again.

Step Legal Solicitors kept us informed at all stages and didn’t wait for us to contact them before chasing paperwork from other parties. The team worked well together with good communication so questions could be answered without delay. All responses to our questions were answered really quickly. Excellent Conveyancing Services
Step Legal managed the sale of my property and purchase of a new one with my partner. There were some complicating factors including various types of funds and extra legal documents we requested to be drafted.
The whole team at Step Legal worked well together to complete our purchase as painlessly as possible. They were prompt and I rarely had to chase anything. When I did have a question it was answered clearly and in terms I could understand.
The solicitor in charge of our case was Olivia Hargreaves who was fantastic, easy to talk to and very efficient.
