Poor customer experience, several follow ups via email without reply (still waiting). Delayed delivery due to item being out of stock.

We completely understand your frustration regarding the initial delay. Unfortunately, the item became unavailable, which was outside of our control. That said, we acted as quickly as possible to resolve this for you and went above and beyond by sourcing the item from another retailer at our own cost to ensure it still arrived in time for the birthday.
We always aim to provide a high level of service, so it’s disappointing to hear you felt we hadn’t responded — I sincerely apologise for the delay in my last reply, as I’ve been unavailable due to jury service this week.
We did our best to keep things on track and deliver a positive outcome at our own expense, and we hope that effort is taken into consideration.

I bought some shoes I could not find anywhere else, got them delivered super quickly but unfortunately the size / color didn’t match what I wanted. Contacted customer service out side of the 15 days notice as I had some personal issue and they agree to refund me while being super understandable. Thanks James and team SteppedIn, will defo buy from the shop again !

Regarding pricing, the ETB was clearly listed at the advertised price at the time of purchase. As with many new releases and exclusive items, pricing reflects market demand, availability, sourcing costs, and guaranteed authenticity. There were no hidden charges, and the item was delivered exactly as described.
We completely understand that pricing in the secondary market can sometimes be surprising, but this doesn’t reflect the quality of service provided.
