We visited a few times to make sure the sofa was the right one for us and we were able to speak to the same salesperson (Matthew) each time and this was helpful and made the transaction flow smoothly. We were able to discuss delivery dates that suited us. Overall it was an easy and pleasant transaction.

Steve and Donald have made this experience great didn’t rush us or try and sell us something we didn’t need. Would highly recommend both of them if you are buying furniture. The main reason we came back to buy sofa was because of these 2 gentleman.

Going to Sterling Store to buy a new Chair.
On arriving at the store and we went to the payment desk to ask for assistance as my Brother has got special needs.
The person there went on the tannoy and called for a sales assistant who appeared within a very short time she was called Catherine and looked after us throughout the process explaining things all the way.
