Nice flooring…
Pleased with kitchen flooring and most of the customer service. Clive was very helpful and understanding.
We initially chose flooring which when it arrived had an overall green look. We wanted a replacement which was eventually upheld but had to pay
extra for returning the flooring £500 which
still seems ridiculous. The fitter Stevie was great.

The boys were punctual
The boys were punctual, efficient and even hoovered up most of the excess carpet! As an added bonus, one of them helped me move some furniture back into the room before they left.

Absolute incompetence and disregard for their customer
We bought flooring from Sterling about a year ago. They came to inspect the floor prior to fitting, they fitted the subfloor after lifting the existing carpet and they recommended then fitted a vinyl tile. This cost over £6,000. We believed they were a company we could trust. In the past year the floor has cracked, separated in places, chipped and generally been a nightmare. Their fitters think the whole thing needs replaced. I’ve exchanged in excess of 100 emails and yet I still can’t get a full refund. I’m worn out, have an elderly relative here and really just want this to end so I can start again with a company who can do the job properly. This has been an endless nightmare and, while they seem to offer solutions, it’s never what suits the customer, who is the one who has suffered from their absolute incompetence so, if you don’t want to live a life of regret, do not go near Sterling. Beyond exhausted. I can’t see a place to attach photos so that’s a shame but think cracks, splits, poor finishes, raised section…
I’ll keep you posted but, still heard nothing! Clearly their customers are irrelevant! Just really low. It grinds you down. I’m assuming that’s their intention. They’re a giant company with all the power. The customer is a minion. Powerless. ☹️

Excellent Flooring fitting
Clive at the Edinburgh was super helpful. Price was very competitive and cheaper than Tapi. The overall job was very good the fitters were respectful and did a really good job. We are extremely happy and would buy flooring again from Sterling

Great service provided by David. My wife and I paid three visits before we finally made our decision to buy two G Plan sofas. When you’re spending £6.500 you want to ensure you’re happy with your decision. David was very helpful and knowledgeable about his products. We didn’t feel pressured by him which we hate and would have walked away if that had been the case. He was helpful and patient and we had trust and confidence in him.
