Missing items from various orders…
Several items were absent from the recent deliveries. Specifically, trickle vents were missing from two separate shipments, and the sills for four windows were omitted from another, despite the timely arrival of all other components.
This necessitates an additional site visit to finalize the installation, a task that could have been completed during the initial visit. Due to the presence of other contractors on site, delaying the project was not feasible, requiring a temporary solution at my cost until the sills arrived. This incurred additional costs related to labor and travel to rectify the situation upon their eventual delivery.
It is imperative that all ordered components are shipped together in a single consignment. The absence of critical items such as window sills and night vents, which were clearly specified in the original order, is unacceptable and warrants immediate attention to prevent future occurrences.

I went in the company and asked someone…
I went in the company and asked someone to come down and measure the door for me. A guy came down and measured it. I paid 2700 pounds for this two sliding door to be fitted exactly right that is why I ordered it from this company, but the guy that came and measured it. He measured it 15 cm short from every side of the door and I was very upset and my builders wouldn’t do anything about it cause they didn’t measure it. I was stuck with two sliding door that doesn’t fit my house. I was very upset and they didn’t do anything about it. I was left hopeless. Please don’t order from this place.

UPDATE: Stevenswood don't offer an installation or measuring service, on investigation it appears we have recommended an installer to you. We're here to help resolve the issue and are happy to remake the patio door for installation by the installer.

The product choice was varied and having now had it manufactured and installed I can vouch for the quality unequivocally. I consider the price I paid to be very reasonable indeed. Throughout the process, I found everyone to be friendly, helpful, easy to contact and flexible with my needs. I would definitely recommend this company for a top quality service and product.
