The fact that the shipment was 3 days late was a pain. So, I thought they would at least refund the rush fee. Well, I every avenue of contact, chat, email, phone continues to not work. The stickers are fine, but the timing stinks and the customer-no-service is terrible.

Thank you for responding. But my name is not Jason. Just another ding for your company's team not paying attention. My name is JORDAN. I already know why you cancelled it. Had you truly read my review, you'd see my issue lies with your time frame. You gave me 6 hours to respond.... 6 hours while I was at work for 8 and cannot look at my personal email because of the type of work I do. That is an asinine amount of time to give someone. You're setting them up for failure. Again, if you don't accept photos, then do not say you do on your website. I uploaded a photo to be printed as a temporary tattoos and you're now telling me photos from my cell phone do not work. Had I known that up front, I would not have used your site to place my order. And again, I will not reorder with you. I'll to with someone else who actually accepts photos and gives a reasonable time frame for email responses, and calls me by my actual name and not someone else's.
I placed my order for temporary tattoos of my late soul dog's nose and paw prints. I want a tattoo to remember him by but wanted to try temporary ones first to see if I liked the placement and size. Within less than 24 hours of placing my order, they told me the order was on hold and if I did not respond in 6 hours, my order would be automatically cancelled. I responded when I was able to but it was after the asinine deadline, so they immediately cancelled my order. I placed my order the way I did with the photos I did for a reason. But they questioned me asking if I had an art file to send instead of a photo.... If I cannot use a photo, then why advertise that on your website? Why give me 6 hours to respond to your email? People do not live on their personal emails, so giving them 6 hours to respond is completely ridiculous and setting your customers up for failure. They said they refunded me and it would take a week or more to receive it back. I will not be replacing my order because they set unrealistic expectations for their customers and do not allow you the chance to respond.

I ordered beer labels for my sisters wedding. While creating them I put the wrong date of the wedding. I then responded to the confirmation email that I had made a mistake the person told me to go to the website and tell them in chat I wanted to cancel order. Chat send they would have representative reach out they did the next day but told me they could not cancel because it was at print these guys are thieves just use stickermule they make the same product but are a ten times better company I hope ones like these ones go out of business

Update: customer support did respond to my chat a couple days later and express shipped me 130 magnets. The magnets are exactly what I ordered and of good quality.
Previously:I placed an order for 130 magnets and only received 3. I started a chat with support and was promised someone would reach out shortly. I did not receive a call and I also sent an email to try to resolve the situation. I was charged for the full order and that would be extremely expensive for 3 magnets.

I placed my order on the 6th, it is now the 14th, no confirmation email, no customer service, only thing I received was charge for products I can’t even inquire about. Zero stars really needs to be an option.

I don't even want to give a 1-star rating.
After 13 business days I still have not received my order. The event in which I needed this item is now since passed and I have no reason for this item any longer. The lack of communication and transparency of this order, despite it shipping via standard Canadian postal service, is unacceptable. My first ordering experience was enough to make me hate ecommerce shopping.
My order was placed on the 15th, processed for shipping on the 18th, in which my StickerYou account order details estimated the delivery for the 24th. Upon speaking with chat support (which was painfully slow to respond and did not answer all of my questions) they said it could take up to 6-10 business days. The 10th business day was last Friday the 31st. And then they made a point to send a review request when I have still not received it.

We purchased fridge magnets and were very unhappy with their processes and their quality of printing. When I was placing the order, I chatted with a rep to make sure that I could get a digital proof to approve before going to press because you have to pay for the order before you get any kind of proof. So I wanted to make sure if we weren't happy with the proof, that we could cancel the order and they'd refund our money. The rep said yes. I placed the order on a Friday, came into work on Monday and there was an email with my proof they sent on Saturday saying I had 4 hours to approve, otherwise it would go into production. First of all, most companies are closed on Saturdays, and secondly, what's the point of a proof if you don't wait for the customer's approval? So I contacted them but they said it was too late, they were already printing and if I wasn't happy with the product, we could get a refund. Unfortunately, the print was terrible. We had a photograph on ours, so maybe something with just vector artwork with lines and text would be better, but the photos looked awful. They were gritty and grainy and we sent hires artwork so that wasn't the issue. (I don't have an option to attach a file here, otherwise I would). I contacted them and said we were unhappy with them, and they DID give us a full refund which I was grateful for, so they did that right, but the whole experience up to that was not a good one.

I ordered smth very expensive but didnt need it anymore. I told them to cancel the order one day later and they almost instantly wrote me back and I got my money back. Very trustworthy 👍

Still awaiting response from customer support regarding a label order. I submitted my design was advised i needed to revise it as some details were grainy or inapplicable. Made revisions, TWICE. I was told product quality reps would review my design prior to production to ensure readability. My labels went into production. Literally same design but needed 2 different sizes, one for 4oz other for 2 oz jar. 2 weeks later, I get my labels. Both are same label size! They look nothing like the preview on my order summary. Details are grainy, color is diluted and bland. I’ve emailed every email there is to reach them regarding my order so they can “make it right” as they claim on their website. I received an automated response stating someone would be in touch with me in 1 business day…. Which was 7 days ago. I wish I’d read the reviews prior to using StickerYou. Now I’m back to square one, $200 out and with 500 labels I can’t even use.

I placed an order online, which really wasn't I wanted on sticker size but I specifically stated in my notes that I wanted different size, stated I wanted a text added, and to work on the color from my picture. The custom online feature does not let you do this. I worked with 1 person for about 2 hours back and forth on font..color..etc. Then I start dealing with another person on the size of the sticker which I told her I wanted changed. She said that my order would be canceled(which I figured)because of the price difference...but I was told to go online and start over!
WHAT..This sticker was to go a Korean Vet. Memorial Obituary. I stated from the get go this was timely matter. I told her that there is no way for me get the size of the sticker, color adj, and text from the website. I was told that it was going to cost $50 to set this up. If I would of been helped from the beginning I would of paid it because of time factor and I also had a funeral to plan. Worst customer service ever!! Website needs to updated so I can pick size...font...etc. I wouldn't have to go through such a hassle for a whole afternoon and then be told that I need to start over and it is going to cost me $50.00. I have all the emails to back up the whole story because they don't make phone calls, which I added my # for them to call me.

Ordered some foil stickers and some holographic stickers. The quality is second to none. This was my second order.
The product sticks well and for my use they needed to be permanently attached.
Even when the post went missing for a month, they did everything to track and ensure my delivery made it.
Excellent customer service and high end product. Will order again.

I have zero idea as to where my order is. I paid extra to have it arrive on time. They had an issue with the artwork which I revised, sent and got a confirmation on within the timeframe to, according to them, "not delay delivery." Yet I have a tracking umber that has said the same thing since Friday, that the shipper is awaiting the item. This has totally messed up a MAJOR project presentation and the best they can say is they will refund me the rush fee. SMH.

Clear window decals are way too thin. May be fine for smaller designs, but it was impossible to apply with out stretching and creasing instantly. Ended up in the trash. $40 down the drain, never ordering from them again.

I just received, and started applying, the permanent transfer label product. Very satisfied with the product to date. The application process is straight forward, it appears to bond quite well. I was particularly satisfied with the small details that were captured. A little bit of a hiccup with the design process, but that was because I was trying to do something not necessarily common. They answered the question and it was simple from there. I am putting this labels on 75 stainless steel mugs which I think helps with adhesion. Anyhow, I will update later after a few months of use to see how they are holding up. Overall, very satisfied.

I ordered from StickerYou on April 26th, 2024. The charge was posted to my debit card on April 29th. However, lots of other scam charges also happened at the same time. I sent StickerYou an email advising them of the situation; and that I had been forced to cancel my debit card. I also questioned, since the charge they applied for my legitimate order originated in California, that the other charges were in California. No reply. Form your own opinion! I've formed mine. UPDATE: email response from StickerYou advised they are located in Canada. The charge on my bank debit card, from StickerYou.com, is logged as coming from Eureka California.

I ordered 2 sets of stickers with two different designs. They double printed 1 set of designs and shipped. They then corrected the order and shipped the 1 design they left out. But it was very different than the first design I ordered and the die-cut border was shallow to the design.
They also told me to get the permanent style adhesive to stick pretty much anything. It does not stick to most the stuff I need it for.
Overall disappointment.
