What was once a great product has eventually realized it was more cost efficient to cut product quality and disregard quality assurance. Look anywhere on the internet and the first thing that will pop up is how they've failed dozens of pesticide tests and have blown exponentially over what is deemed "legally permitted".

It would be in Stiiizy's best interest to address these concerns and show how they're taking steps to remedy this extremely dangerous hazard, but they would rather pray on misinformation and bank off excessive marketing to sell their illegitimate toxic products to the public. Unless you want to pay to ingest negligently gross amounts of pesticides into your body, steer clear of Stiiizy. They are not selling quality product or product worth spending a cent on whatsoever.

Matter of fact, they should be getting sued and people should be getting reimbursed for the potential hazard and harm of their products. Regulations in California are a complete joke and, ironically, you're probably safer buying from a local drug dealer than you are a legitimate shop

Trash product. They even have lawsuits against them for Pesticides in their products. Good job stillzy for lacing my weed and making it dangerous. There's already enough people lacing their shit on the streets now corporate too. Got to start growing my own again.

Product bought. Dead on arrival

Str8 garbage. I tried their OG Kush pen. Don’t buy unless you like that artificial bud taste. If you want something that’s irresistible, go for a full spectrum resin cart. You’ll never touch a stiiizy again and probably slap yourself if you thought it was good at one time. The $40-75 carts are worth the extra dough, trust me, after the first hit, youll be glad you didnt go with stiiizy

Stizzy is new to our neighborhood and they keep a NASTY store front. Went in and tried to speak to the manager but she was dismissive and unconcerned. It's unfair for you to open your business in a semi residential area and allow your patrons to throw trash all over the parking lot. We know its Stizzy because that's what all those black bags on the ground say. There was a trashcan out front with trash spilling out everywhere, when I tried to speak with the manager she appeared, impatient and eventually got irate and then had the audacity to tell me not to come back. Shame on your company for moving into an area and contributing to the demise of a neighborhood by allowing this to go on and not even asking your "managers" to make sure it doesn't happen. I wonder if you would be okay with this is your own neighborhood?

Stizzy products and pods and batteries - very good . Anyone in the industry knows what they’re for and stiizy is a large name in cannabis. I’ve been to one of the shops in LA and it was everything I expected with lower prices !

I recommend this brand because of the taste , medication and longevity of the cartridges. Stiizy has come a long way and they have love resin now too.

I only don’t like the people that fake the stiizy brand or sell it expired carts of it.

I love the product but the customer service is so bad, you guys deliver orders outside the schedule time frames make me wait again then send the delivery driver home for lunch. I called and talked to stizzy and thelady picking up the phone could care less I even told her man you guys dont even say sorry or nothing? she just kept quiet and i said well i guess ill wait for your message thank you. And HE SAID YOUR WELCOME...... REALLY REALLY PETTY PETTY BAD WORKERS ill just order these from my local dispensary they are 2 dollars cheaper anyways

This review is not about the store per se, but about their technical support and product. I have there several times. December 4th I purchased a 1 gram pod for $20, excellent price. About 2-3 weeks later it about 60 percent gone and had been left laying on its side for 2-3 hours. I have not been told not to do that at the store when I bought it. I always keep it upright, just in case, but this time I missed for 2-3 hours. When I picked it up I noticed it was leaking. The tiny holes were full of oil that was more like goop and I could not get any draw. I put a little bit of alcohol on the end of a paper clip to try to clear it. It would work then it wouldn't and a noticeably percentage had leaked out. I first wrote to them about this on December 31st. They did not respond to this, nada.

Then there was the problem with their promo codes not working online. I received the code in my email and went to use it less than 3 hours later and it would not work, invalid. It was only good for a short time and I was well within it. I send an email with pics, which I have, of how it did not work. I get a response, well the promo has expired. Of course I know that, I responded back, it wasn't when I went to use it. After some back and forth, they issued me a 40% coupon good until 12/31! It did not work, they had another coupon promo, invalid. I asked can I bring it into the store with me. I forget all their excuses why this couldn't happen. How simple is it to bring a printout or show them on your phone the promo code and apply it. but I do have all the email exchanges. I don't know how much they allow you to post, and if its too long folks won't read it.

I sent emails on January 1st, 3rd and on the 8th. No response. No resolution.

I said to them in my last email January 8th, Should I assume that no reply back is because I am not valued as a customer? What conclusion would you have?

Update 2/4/25 The owner responded to my review on Yelp 1/13/25 and wanted to know my ticket number. I promptly wrote him back and provided the information he requested. Radio silence ever since. Not just bad customer service, no customer service.

Update 2/7/25-I received a $20 store credit for a new pod. Thank you. Sometimes you have to stick with it.

Only bad part is for me is the pods break easily and leak everywhere

Straight out of the package the 2g Pineapple Stiiizy Blunt that my lady bought for me was partially empty. Much of the weed fell out and after pushing the crumbs back in the wrap, was missing half of an inch of bud at the tip and that was without compacting it. Not to mention the fact that the blunt was half the size of the 2g Strana-Nana blunt that we paid the exact same price for. I measured the blunt from the gold line. There's less than an inch and a half for me to smoke in total. That's uncalled for. These keep getting smaller and smaller and now having less marijuana than they should have. This is the third or fourth time that I've been shorted, but I haven't submitted a complaint. Whoever cuts and rolls these blunts should be re-educated on standard lengths of the wrap, weight of the product and the amount because if the standard is a different size everytime I purchase a blunt for the same price, we have a problem.

I need delivery. They’re website has thee best pricing in the Bay Area and delivery is always fast and the drivers are so kind. Try delivery if it’s available in your area. 💯% happy

Shipping takes forever even if you pay extra for shipping..

I tried their stiizys 40s joint and there is barley and weed in them. It’s like a chip bag all loose and doesn’t even smoke. Just plain terrible

Zero stars. Severely understaffed. You will wait in line forever. If you value your time, do not go here. Manager acts like a child. Worst customer service in my 52 year lifetime! These people despise their customers

I just began buying stiiizzy 40s mi I blunts and it was brought to my attention from a friend they lied to u bro not 7 grams in those blunts so I began scaleing my joints and all are 1 gram so iv been getting g jacked for more than 2 grams since there in cones with paper filter not even getting 5g .rip off do t buy there products they are skimping

Bought a half ounce in a couple of their Mylar bag quarters. All together was 1.3 grams short. Emailed them and no reply. Don’t buy from this company. They do not stand by their product obviously. When people pay for something they want what they payed for period.

It's a horrible company! I had a pen that I bought from them. The oil shot into the back of my throat and burned me, I had second degree burns in mouth and throat. It burned my larynx and my vocal cords. I contacted the company and they have not responded once neither has the company that I purchased the product from

Very bad product most of it does not work has a default and the worst part they don't honor the return even if it is not used

I placed an order on July 31 paid extra $10 for two day shipping and received it on August 10 consumer has not replied nor refunded me for my two day shipping. Please do not pay extra for shipping because you will not get it on time
