They have real people who know the products to speak to by phone. I had a problem as I hadn't realised the width of the handrails when ordering and they returned the voicemail message I left and were able to accept them back. I had to pay return postage but that was fair as I hadn't read the size. Very helpful company.

High quality product and servie
Easy to order online, with next day delivery. Product arrived really well packaged and the quality was really good. Instructions were straightforward and the handrails were easy to put up (the product comes with all fixings including decent raw plus and screws).

I’ve been after chrome shelf brackets for weeks, I came across stiley living never heard of them before so was wary about ordering, but I DID order and so glad I did, prices are reasonable I needed 8 and these worked out cheaper than if I bought white ones from a high street shop. Delivery was fast and was kept updated from when I ordered to when they got delivered. I will most definitely be shopping here again
