Bought my first journal from here and am really happy with the quality of it! The smaller version is the perfect size for my purse or backpack and I really like how you have enough of each paper type to use.

I love my journal cover and charm!!

I like the journal and the charm I chose. It was challenging to get the charm on and with little instruction, I almost messed up the entire thing. I’d definitely recommend and plan to purchase more inserts.

I purchased 2 journals from them and was disappointed with the leather quality. It feels cheap for the price. It also shipped from overseas despite marketing itself like an American brand. When I wanted to return a journal, they asked me for the tracking number to process it. Who does that? Most places require a packing slip only. Their returns are also store credit only when they market 100 day money back guarantee. All of it very misleading.

It's the perfect size and the covers is beautiful. I started using it right away. It's easy to carry with you to nite those moments that are impactful, joyful or contemplative throughout the day. It's especially nice that you can just put new fillers in whenever you need to.

I was incredibly disappointed in the product. I spent 100.00 and basically got a slab of leather with a small book hair tied to it. I could have bought a better one at Amazon for 24.00 so think twice before you drop a Benjamin.

The most perfect notebook I could have hoped for!!!!!

I like the journal but the only drawback is ones shown in the ads seems to have many more items inside that don’t actually come with this . I need to shop Etsy to find other accessories to fit inside which was hard . I have begun using it so we’ll see how it goes

Item showed up with wrong branding and not as described. I love hue has rebranded as still archive. It is not like the photos and feels very cheap.

The charm was also printed upside down.

I love this binder. I got the smallest one. I use it for a wallet too. It has slots for cards, pockets for cash, receipts, coupons and notebooks for journals and notes. I added a calendar without any trouble and it doesn’t feel squeezed in. It also has a clip on for a pen. It fits in my purse and well contained.

My first purchase was misdelivered, which was NOT the seller's fault. When the package was recovered, it had been opened, and some of the contents were missing. I wrote customer service to make them aware; they responded expressing sympathy. I ordered a 2nd planner and had it delivered to a different address; it arrived safely. The items were neatly packed and came in a cotton dust bag, nice and neat. The color was indeed deep, rich, and not marred in any way. I am looking forward to seeing how the color ages.
I only have 2 issues. The charm I ordered and the notebook size.
1. I requested the Bee charm, which arrived sealed in a plastic pouch and broken. The pen clip wasn't included, but it was a freebie, so no money was lost.
2. The size of the leather notebook, however, was not the size it appears to be in the videos. To me, it looked like a standard Japanese TN size. The journal cover isn't large enough to hold all the items and inserts shown in the advertising video. You can squeeze the contents in, but then the edges of the planner inserts hang over the notebook cover, straining the elastic.
This product is not a standard-sized traditional Japanese Travelers Notebook. It is shorter and narrower. Traditional TN inserts will have to be cut in order to fit neatly inside. The size, though, is refreshing; it fits my hand better than the traditional Japanese-sized notebooks.
If I encountered this item in the store, I don't think I would have purchased this journal cover. Quality is questionable only to me, as I am NOT a leather expert.
A major point to remember is the size difference. It is noticeable if you appreciate the size of the traditional TN covers, and there are no inside pockets, no stitching, no frills. Just the simple leather.

I was so excited to start my journaling journey, but unfortunately, my experience with this company was extremely disappointing.

When my order arrived, the first thing I noticed was how narrow the journal was. I went back and forth about whether I should keep it, but ultimately decided to return it. That’s when the experience went from disappointing to awful.

In order to return the journal, I was told it had to be completely unused—which is understandable—but I also have to PURCHASE my own return shipping label just to send it back and receive my refund. For a company that promotes an “easy return” experience, this was anything but easy. Their return process and the fact that the customer is responsible for return shipping were also not clearly or easily communicated on their website.

What really sealed the deal for me was the customer service. The person I communicated with over email came across as passive-aggressive and made an already frustrating situation even worse.

Between the misleading “easy return” experience, having to pay out of pocket to return the product, and the poor customer service, I absolutely would not recommend this company. I genuinely wish I could give zero stars, but unfortunately, that isn’t an option.

I love my pocket journal. The leather is gorgeous and I love the idea of capturing my thoughts as I’m on the go.

The quality of my journal is excellent! I absolutely love the charms I added and the sleeves and pouch in the back. I carry it in my purse!

I love the concept behind the Momento and how flexible it is to create your own unique collection~ This idea solved so many issues for me as to how to make an art book from things I collect that is portable and expandable....although I'll probably get at least one more:)
