Avoid

I ordered a sting headguard and it was sent!
I changed my mind and they said I have to pay for returns which has cost me money for no reason!
Avoid these guys buy directly from boxfit they have free returns

Dont buy, horrible customer support, shipping time, and overall service

Shipping is absolutely ridiculous. Its been 2 weeks and my competition approved boxing gloves aint even been dispatched out the warehouse. Customer support is also non existent and useless. If you want to order from sting i recommend you buy from other boxing companies since this one is taking the absolute piss and they dont even bother helping you through customer support.

Messed up custom robe and shorts and haven't even received the new order with the original colors I ordered and didn't even receive a response on a refund either

I ordered a custom robe and shorts for an upcoming fight. My sponsors asked me to wear their colors(blue and yellow) and logo. This order was placed on April 18, 2025. On May 14, 2025 my shipment arrived and realized they made my robe and shorts purple and yellow. I immediately contacted them and their sales rep from Milton, Ontario in Canada informed me that he would personally rush a new order and I would have my gear for my fight. I have since followed up with him and even asked for a refund. I have to hear back from him.

The founder is a cheat and thinks…

The founder is a cheat and thinks everyone should work for him for free. He asked a business to implement ERP and wanted to pay 10 thousand for a dynamics 365 implementation. He went on to hire people to put bad reviews on the company’s google reviews and refused to pay for Microsoft licenses that he had purchased. I would not do business with this guy.

Non-existing service

STINGSPORTS.DE

Customer service is non-existing! Ordered a boxing helmet, that didn’t fit my son. Tried contacting Sting before returning it, but didn’t get any respond. Shipped it of and it was delievered at Sting on April 26th with a note (order number and my contact info) enclosed. Didn’t hear anything from Sting - contacted customer service numerous of times trying to get them to either send me another helmet in the correct size or return my money. Still haven’t recieved either and customer service doesn’t answer!

Products are fine - but if you’re not 100% sure of the size, don’t buy it, as customer service is non-existing when there are problems with your order!

Awful customer service

Awful customer service, I ordered 2 headboards in February and never received them. They keep passing the problem onto the delivery service and not dealing with it. Would highly recommend not using this company they take ages to reply sometimes not at all, they don’t deal with any problems and I’m still waiting for my money back nearly 3 months later absolute joke: shocking from a company.

Poor quality awful aftercare service

Ordered some boxing gloves for my daughter in October 2023 4 months later they’re knackered padding coming out, leather coming off, rubbish product, have messaged Sting customer service 3 times across the past 4 weeks and not even had a reply or acknowledgement of my message. Won’t be buying from them again and will be telling everyone about the shoddy after service I’ve received

⭐️BUYING FROM STING SPORTS UK⭐️

I bought head gear from Sting Sports UK around the time of the Black Friday sales, the item that I wanted was not in the sale so I purchased it at full price, unfortunately for me the next day the item went into sale price……. typical. I did feel that this was unfair, Luckily this amazing company responded to my contact and refunded me my money straight away so I could rebuy the item at sale price. Top class company, Perfect item, fast delivery and package well. 5⭐️

This is for Sting Sports UK ..although they may work with Sting AU
Got our parcel in great condition, parcel wrapped properly. Had to contact Customer Service and that reply definitely had the very friendly Aussie touch! Great products, ideal budget for a beginner. Hopefully they venture into leather quality gloves like the Muay Thai ones, as those last for decades. Highly recommended company!
