After searching & mulling things over for months we eventually ordered from this tried & trusted company as we knew we would receive exactly what we had envisaged.
We have used Stitched before & although it was more costly, the finished product was more than worth it. The communication was second to none. We had quite a few questions, as the fit was slightly more awkward than a traditional window, but Hannah responded swiftly & with all the info we needed to make this an easy experience.
The curtains are now hung & are perfect .. worth every penny. The fabric is beautiful & in a gorgeous coral colour we couldn't find anywhere else.
We will certainly be using Stitched in the future when we require them.
We also loved that this is a small, UK based company. Thank you Stitched.

Wonder curtains from Stitched. Hannah was super helpful when it came to delivery. On the week of delivery I was due to be in Brazil for work. Hannah was happy to hold my delivery until I returned. The day after my return I contacted Stitched to let them know I was back and 2 days later my curtains arrived. Great service

I hired Stitched to measure, make, and install curtains throughout my flat. What should have been straight forward turned into a six-month nightmare of poor workmanship, repeated mistakes, and empty promises.
From the very first installation, things went wrong. I trusted the three installers to do a professional job, but when I returned, I was shocked by what I found: a roller blind installed crooked and completely non-functional, a Roman blind made too wide for the window causing it to jam, net curtains covered in visible black marks, curtain rails installed with mismatched screws that damaged both the rails and the surrounding ceiling and walls, one curtain several inches longer than its pair, and curtains that didn’t glide properly, some couldn’t be drawn at all.
It was either incompetence or a complete disregard for quality. Worse still, the team didn’t seem to notice or care, leaving it to me to inspect their work and chase up the problems.
Over the next six months, Stitched returned to my property multiple times. Each visit wasted more of my time as I had to re-check their work, photograph issues, and follow up via email.
Just the net curtains alone required four separate visits, the second set arrived stained with blue dye, the third set had mismatched lengths, again, several inches apart. Clearly, no basic quality checks were being done at the factory, resulting in repeated errors and wasted time for both them and me.
Eventually, they sent a seamstress to fix the curtain lengths. She had only been with the company a short time, which raised further concerns.
Throughout this experience, communication from Stitched was full of corporate jargon and empty platitudes. When I met the CEO at my property to discuss the issues, she quoted their T&Cs, which conveniently absolve them from committing to any timeline. Emails were met with phrases like, “We are committed to satisfying our clients,” referring to their mistakes as “functional concerns,” “The timeline could have been significantly shorter,” “We’re confident you’ll be pleased with the result,” and a reminder that I should understand the nature of a bespoke product versus something off-the-shelf.
But actions speak louder than words. My request for a partial refund was denied, with the excuse that they couldn’t sell the curtains below market price and had already given me a discount at the start. What they failed to acknowledge is the significant amount of my time that was wasted throughout this process — time spent inspecting their poor workmanship, documenting issues, coordinating repeated visits, and chasing responses. My time has value, and their repeated failures cost me far more than just inconvenience. My response, your service is below market, your product is below market, and your attitude is below market. So yes, I should expect to pay below market.
I am absolutely and completely dissatisfied with the product, the service, and the arrogance shown throughout.

Beautiful high-quality curtains and excellent customer service. They took me through several fabric options, and offered close alternatives as the one I wanted was discontinued. They also rectified a sheer fabric error immediately. The best customer service I've had in a long time, and most of all, stunning bespoke curtains.

This is the second pair of curtains I have bought from Stitched. Communication is brilliant, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and pretty immediate.
My first pair of curtains were made in velvet for a vast bay window. They are stunning.
My most recent curtain is made with relaxed linen. Both sets of curtains are beautifully made and lined, they hang very well and are packed with care.
There is always a long lead time, but as long as you factor this into your world, it’s very much worth the wait.
