Quality of the embroidery is not great. Sizing is very small as well. Shipping took longer than expected.
One of the items I ordered did not come properly embroidered with an outline as was listed in the pictures etc. I contacted the company and they refused to exchange or allow me to return for a refund.

I am a repeat customer of stitch elite. I love their designs and they are nice quality materials - not cheap feeling. Items received look exactly as they do online. I keep coming back for more.

I ordered the wrong shirt and per the FAQ if I contacted within a few hours I could modify the order. The option I was given was to buy the shirt I wanted at full price (during a b1g1 50%) and they’d give me a code for free shipping on a future purchase. Despite me telling them how I wanted the issues resolved they chose not to do that and I just accepted the order the order the way I originally submitted it out of frustration. I don’t like the shirt I accidentally ordered - it’s a single color vinyl transfer I could have done myself - I wanted the embroidered version of the shirt but the broken system couldn’t fix my order so it is what it is. I won’t be ordering again.

The product is very nice. The delivery was way too long and not what promised and there was no transparency that the product is made overseas

I got a reputation sweatshirt. The snake stitching is not so good. I looks like it wasn’t finished properly.

I enjoy the products very much but sizes are big. Would have liked to buy a smaller size. Overall love it.

The whole purchasing experience was a disapointment. The delivery time was initially two weeks, but It finally took more than one month. The fabric of the sweater is thin and the stiching is invisible. Strongly considering asking for refund.

The absolute WORST! Most people don’t receive anything whatsoever, and of the few who receive items, it is often either the WRONG ITEM or the wrong size. When people call them out on Instagram, they delete anything negative and block those users. They also steal designs from small businesses. I ordered more than $200 of merchandise from them, waiting over a month for it to ship, reached out to customer service with zero reply for weeks, then when I finally called them out on Instagram, they cancelled my order and blocked me. This company is truly heinous and disgusting. DO NOT GIVE THEM A SINGLE PENNY!

This lady is stealing designs from The Archers Thread. Its disgusting. DO NOT purchase from this business. They are making money off of someone elses hard work

Ordered sweatshirt and ornament -website advertised a free ornament with the sweatshirt purchase. Sounded perfect because I get my daughter a new ornament every year and this was the one! But it NEVER arrived!! I paid for “expedited” delivery but only the sweatshirt arrived 25 days later. Stores have put away Christmas items so I guess this will be the first time in 30 years she doesn’t get an ornament. Too bad because she likes the sweatshirt and we would have considered another order.

This was beautifully stitched and true to size. I love the sweatshirt!

This shirt is perfect! The stitching is beautiful and nicely done. The shirt is very comfy and warm. Overall was great; the order was processed and shipped very quickly and at a reasonable price!

We only waited for 15 mins. The food was served quickly and tasted great. 8.5/10
