Lisa is so helpful
Lisa is so helpful. I called and explained to Lisa that I require an item urgently and she explained the manufacturing process, said she would take my request down to the stitching team today and then waited patiently while I paid.
I will also receive the item by Thursday or Friday although I need it by Saturday.
Amazing customer service - Lisa is a true star.

Many thanks to Lisa and the the team at Stitch. Very impressed with the products purchased thus far, but the service needs an extra special nod. I have had very poor service & long lead times from other companies. They delivered promptly (as advised) and I am very impressed with the quality of the kit. Lisa also kindly helped out with providing kit where another company had let me down - great focus on the customer & high quality / attentive service. Stitch are highly recommended.

First, the kit is the best around and compared to more expensive brands it is far better value for money, Second, it’s a personalised service and that makes a difference in a world of internet only, no contact providers.

Great service, great product
Having previously been a satisfied online customer, I recently arranged to visit their premises so my son could try on some samples before buying the rowing kit he needs in Year Ten.
After some super friendly email communications we popped in today and Lisa and her colleagues could not have been nicer, so friendly and unfailingly helpful.
We placed our order on the spot and know the quality will be fantastic. Great to observe the sewing room - all GB made which is a big plus, very sustainable.
