I used to go to this company a lot
I used to go to this company a lot, but in the past couple of years, I started getting a great deal of attitude along with the orders.
I can appreciate that a job may not be do-able within my required time frames. I work in film/TV production, where last minute ideas and/or clarification are, unfortunately, common. It can be ridiculously demanding.
However, if it can't be done, just tell me. Don't growl at me.
And if a customer comes in, PLEASE acknowledge them soon. Just a look up and a smile would be good. You may be on the phone, you may be finishing an order, but let me know you at least see me.

It’s been a long time since I received my shirts, but I still remember how excellent the customer service was at stitchy lizard. Staff are so helpful and kind. Quality was great and I still wear the shirts I ordered.

Good company
We had Stitchy Lizard put our company's logo on glass mugs. Initially, the logo came off in our dishwasher, so Stitchy Lizard took the mugs back and replaced them. Apparently the first shipment of mugs wasn't fired at a high enough heat for the logo to adhere properly. The second shipment has been fine in our dishwasher and we are happy with the end product.
