Useless
Beyond hopeless is how I would describe St John. After doing the FA CPR one day course it has taken them two weeks to email me the certificate and as of a month post the course still my USi has not been updated. Despite three phone calls, multiple emails and a reply from them after writing a google review. Then they came back claiming not to have my USi number and yet you cannot do the course until you have completed further paperwork in the very room where the course was held on the day. They have my USi my information why are they beyond incompetent and I have heard this from others experiencing the same issue. Suffice to say our family are very generous supporters of the organisation for many years via large donations. That will now cease owing to this utterly useless service. The staff all looked miserable at the course so I can only imagine this is a reflection of why things are not getting done as fast as other First Aid providers. So read this review get on with it fix it make it right and apologise.
