Item received but absolute rubbish
Unlike most other consumers who have tried to purchase an item from this company, mine was actually delivered after approx 5 weeks. There had been no responses from their customer services department when I had been chasing for a delivery date. The jumper I purchased is counterfeit (not the brand you think you are buying), has poorly sewn seams, is mis-shapen, and despite me ordering a 'Men's Large', it just about fits my 12 year old Son.
I doubt I'll get any response from a complaint so I'll just have to write off the purchase. Instagram should be ashamed of allowing such vendors to advertise on it's platform. The item shipped from China, so a case of a shiny website selling very sub-standard products.

I also have been scammed, I received the order after 6 weeks, also I had no response to emails, was supposed to be an adult size XL, it is possibly a size super small, had no size labels or any labels, couldn’t even get it over my head. I assume it’s yet another Chinese rip off!

This is obviously trying to fool people into thinking this is a reputable organization when it obviously isn’t . My initial review and suspicion still stands that this is a scam outfit . Yep, agree this is a scam . I have also been caught out here with ordering and paying for items and received nothing . Numerous emails sent with no response whatsoever. Also, checking the images of clothing on their website suggest these images are from actual retail websites . Worryingly this site is openly advertised on YouTube and also can be ordered from via the shop app .

Got email on January 24, 2025 saying order was on its way to be delivered. Nothing to date. Despite several emails to them, there has been no response. I have not been able to get a telephone # for them either. Not been able to track either.
Seems to be a SCAM site.

This site is a scam and is not genuine (stmoritzofficial.com). Placed a order on 12 January 2025 and the order was not delivered. Emailed customer support @horizonbluesolutions.com twice and received no replies even though the site states response time is 24-48 hours. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE OR BE PREPARED TO BE SCAMMED!!
