Excellent company to deal with. Communication was really good. Jenny organised everything when we chose the Brother PR680w, from delivery to finance. She also provided us with a very useful starter pack, which is much appreciated. Dan brought the machine, set everything up and walked us through all the basics, including maintenance. He was very thorough and such a pleasant chap. We would highly recommend Stocks Sewing Machines Ltd.

Jenny was really helpful with the initial enquiry. Recommended the best machines for us and helped us with the best finance option. Dan delivered on time, did all the heavy lifting and installed the machines without any fuss. He then went on to tutor us in the use and maintenance of the machines. Highly recommend.

I bought my first embroidery machine from Stocks back in 2014. I was taught how to use the machine by an extremely helpful Jenny (Thanks Jenny!). Since then I have exchanged one machine for a newer version, the PR670E in 2019.

If ever there is an issue (mainly through my own mistakes), all of the staff at Stocks are quick to help find a solution which has always worked. On my first machine there were major issues which Stocks fixed once I'd driven it up to them. No problems once it was serviced.

I could not recommend this business more. I will be a customer for life. I came onto their website this evening to by thread and felt compelled to write a review.

Very quick response and delivery, but, best is that the order-taker actually went and checked that the one item shown on their stock computer was actually on the shelf. Good job !!

I would like to thank everyone involved for helping with the service of my brother 6 needle machine...

I booked the service in Aug ( paid £50 deposit ) for Sept but due to staff health it had to be rescheduled for Oct..

The booking process was clear and easy to follow.. A date and time was confirmed via telephone and email.. A proforma price was agreed.

On arrival the machine was collected from our vehicle by the engineer and we were told we would be contacted once completed. (approximately 1 day).

4 Days later I phoned to find out the service had been completed and was ready for collection..

I arrived to collect my machine and was assisted in placing it safely back into the vehicle.. an invoice was generated for payment as agreed..

The machine has definitely benefited from the service sounds and runs a lot better..

I shall be returning with this and any future machines for service and maintenance..

The overall experience has been good from start to finish and all the staff have been polite, friendly and very helpful..

Just what I needed thank you

The staff are always very pleasant and helpful. I was able to book my machine in for a service, first thing in the morning. They worked on it straight away and had it ready for me to take away by lunch time. Because we live some distance from Leeds, this arrangement was really helpful. We didn't have to make a second journey to pick it up another day - saved us time and money. For industrial machines, I wouldn't take go anywhere else.

Was advised to get a base plate which i ordered........was supposed to be different to my original one. It was not so emailing them they do not reply. I am really disappointed and feel ripped off!

From start to finish the service was fantastic. Ordering the machine and being able to speak to Jenny about our requirements made our decision easy. Dan the installation engineer was polite and informative, very good service. Would highly recommend this company.
