Excellent service could not fault this company in anyway, from ordering my machine right through to when it was delivered. Jenny kept us informed of every update on delivery and sent two engineers to install. They was very efficient and knowledgeable the training is first class nothing to much trouble for these lads would definitely recommend

Called about my order after i had collected. Spoke to a lady who was able to tell me assist me on returning items that were no longer required.

We have had a working relationship with Stocks for this last 8 years, so when we required another machine it was an easy choice to go back to them. They have been Professional and Knowledgeable in everything they have done for us.

I always buy my machines and embroidery threads and stabiliser from stocks.
The staff are absolutely amazing and all go above and beyond to deliver a 1st class service.

Purchased item available on the website with an additional one-day delivery(£11). Was shocked when I received a phone call the same day from their staff saying the product was not in stock and had to be shipped from Germany and it would have taken two weeks for them to receive it. they would have had then delivered the item to me and it would have taken another week.

So in total I would have waited 3 weeks to receive the product I purchased online - I even paid for a speedy delivery !!!

Imo, If you don’t have the products in stock, you should take them down.

I was supposed to receive the item within two days instead I would have waited three weeks - not a great experience really.
