Contacted me on my 'first available' date, shipped and delivered same day (220 miles). Driver called me (not text, not email) to say he was on his way and that he'd call 30 mins from arrival. He worked all week to get me a driver at a fair price and was the only person who was honest with me out of all of the brokers I talked to. Let me tell you, I wish I had done more digging on this. If you are thinking of shipping your car, please IGNORE this company. I'm sure they aren't the only ones with this scam, but they have zero control over what they quote you. They do not ship anything themselves, they're just a bunch of people who take your bid to actual trucking companies, which can charge you anything they want. They gave me a quote of $895, took my deposit, and then the day of the pickup, they called me and said the driver was demanding $2400. Once weeks go by and your car is stuck (unless you wanna pay the exorbitant price), You will not get back the deposit under any circumstances.
