Went to the Kingswinford facility, clean, tidy, good access and the guy that checked us in (Adam) was very polite and helpful.

My partner had a quote and was phoned by Mike. I found him extremely condescending with his questions and dismissive. We wanted the storage for a house move but when we queried the quote compared to his pricing his attitude was along the lines of “that’s the price, like it or don’t store with us”
Attitude very negative.
We only wanted an explanation of why the price seemed different because the online quote didn’t show the insurance.

Very happy with the service Michael provided today. Would highly recommend.

I have used storage giant newport for the last few months and they have been fantastic, today I went to collect my stuff to move house, there was a slight issue with the lift, however will the legend will got it fixed immediately, allowing me to move on time. Would 100% recommend using storage giant newport.
