Storage Giant - Self Storage Avis 1 771

After finding out quotes from local storage companies online, I went into Storage Giant in Newport. I had used them before and had great service then. I spoke to Will who was very professional and very personable. After checking my quotes from another company Will managed to give me a very competitive quote, it was only a few pounds higher than the best quote I had, but Storage Giant have a great storage facility and offer great security and a clean space, so I decided to go with them again. Will showed me around a few storage rooms all very suitable to my needs. At first I took a 50 square foot unit. I secured the unit for a small fee but on the day I took the contract I realised that I needed a larger unit. On the day Will was again very professional and polite and showed me a unit that was perfect. I realised I could get cheaper insurance than Storage Giant and Will explained that there was still another small payment for insurance with themselves which I understand is a company policy. I still saved a bit so was still happy to go with Storage Giant. Will explained the procedure for notification of insurance policy. Advised me of locks they sell (I had my own) Overall the experience was professional. I would highly recommend Storage Giant Newport.

Amazing! Rang for a quote and explained what I wanted and I was really surprised. I spoke to someone at the head office who was easy to talk to and knew what he was talking about he was very accommodating and I now have a storage locker inside, which is easily accessible seven days a week and costs me less than I was paying for an outside cargo container!
Every member of staff that I have spoken to or had to work with has been so friendly and helpful I wish I had changed over before. Thoroughly recommend.

I recently used Safe Storage Giant and had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Maya Rose — and honestly, if all customer service were like this, I’d start storing things recreationally.

From the moment I arrived (slightly stressed, mildly chaotic, and questioning how I own this much stuff), Maya was calm, professional, and somehow made the whole process feel effortless. She explained everything clearly, answered my 47 unnecessary questions with saint-like patience, and didn’t even judge me when I admitted I was storing “just a few things” that turned out to be my entire life in boxes.

The unit was clean, secure, and easy to access — basically a five-star hotel for my clutter. But the real highlight was Maya’s friendly, upbeat attitude. She made paperwork feel less like paperwork and more like a mildly enjoyable life admin moment (which is no small achievement).

He explained everything in detail on what they could offer. what he wasn't sure of he made sure he contacted his manager to ensure I had the correct answers. very very helpful and I would definitely recommend if you are looking for storage.
