Great customer service
After an issue my travel to Auckland due too the flooding, the team was able to set me up with access to my unit to allow me to put my belongings in there. They were able to sort it out over the phone and got access for after hours to move items at my leisure. Best service for a long time.

Very good service
Very good service, kind and helpful. Made us feel very welcomed. Great team recommend to everyone. Our storage was also very clean and exactly what we needed. I like to pro rata as well.

The service and ability to flex capacity for my situation was great. It was a relief to know my belongings would be safe, dry and not squished into an inappropriate space. I have visited the storage areas since putting my belongings in place and enjoy the easy access.
