The receptionist was very pleasant and most helpful. She helped work what size storage I needed and it was easy to book with her. I was impressed with her and her friendliness.. well done Storage King!!

My wife was quoted a rate over the phone - when I turned up to enter into the contract the gentleman at the site advised that there would be an additional $16 cleaning fee notwithstanding that I assured him that it would be left spotless and also that I was also required to purchase $1000 worth of insurance for a nominal amount of $1.50 - he did give me a complimentary padlock however it leaves a very bad taste in my mouth - moral of the story caveat emptor. Storage space is clean and security is good - pity about the rate deception.

The service has been exceptional. We went to your Rouse Hill centre first and Shannon was wonderful. The unit that we needed was located at Castle Hill and the service there also has been fantastic. Highly recommend this company for its professionalism and quality of storage facilities.

I cannot get my stuff!
Storage is locked with a padlock on Christmas. We cannot get our tent out and we going camping. The reception picks up the phone to inform us that they cannot help us. Why are you even there? To make your wage? Just go home, no point to even pick up the phone.
