Friendly and so helpful
Linda and Clancy at Storage King Cockburn are so helpful and friendly. In setting up this storage unit for Dad, I have been shooting questions at them every couple of days and they are always so polite and never show signs of being pestered!! Always an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Manager (Linda I think her name is) at Cockburn was a lovely person to deal with. Process to book a storage room was straightforward. Easy to access, very clean and a month free offer made it even better.

make sure you find out floor you are on and access requirements
storage room excellent quality
staff very helpful just maybe a little more explanation of location and access to storage room! prior to arriving and finalising booking!
unloading area not great protection from weather if using uncovered trailer
if on level 1 maybe a bit of explanation that access to storage room is only via elevator and after 6pm security door that close after being open for 2 minutes with passcode access
also width and height dimensions of hallways and doorways to access storage would have been helpful (as trying to navigate such a thin hallway with many tight turns with large furniture is not the easiest) all before actually arriving onsite after securing payment to use facility would have been apreciated)
overall wasnt as bad as i had first thought but these little things go a long way and maybe i could have booked elsewhere or made other arrangements to use the facility more effectively.
customers paying a premium price and the profits storage king is making access to a more advanced style of trolley would have been helpful.
all in all not a bad experience
