Jason and Barb are fantastic. They were very helpful, informative, polite and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Would recommend them to everyone. The storage units are clean and easy to access.

SECURITY
I found the staff to be friendly and helpful during the process. I was tentative and they took the time to explain and answer all my questions. There has been NO issue for access (a gate code is necessary) and the security of the whole facility is their top priority. Highly recommend Storage King, Frankston

The service was great and the advice I was given on what size storage unit I needed was perfect.
However, I would’ve liked the option to pay for the 2 weeks I needed instead of a full month.

I couldn't find my way into the building to access my unit on my first visit. The shame was real.
Jason was incredible. Friendly ,reassuring and assisted me to correctly use the door handle to gain access. What could have been frustrating and an inconvenience for Jason was dealt with beautifully .
