IV only with storage king for a few weeks now and from what I've experienced fantastic communication from staff, clean place, NO HASSLE. I gladly recommend storage king helensvale to my family and friend

Only concern was when we went to use our storage for the first time it already had a lock on it. We were lucky that the employee had not closed and gone home as it was after 5.00pm on Friday I believe it was one of your locks. Just a bit of panic when that happened but he came and took the lock off.

Great Experience
The service I received by the gentleman at this location was above and beyond. They are both incredibly friendly, customer centric and very thorough. Everything they explained is exactly as the system operates, which is also very efficient. I would highly recommend this location of Storage King to any of my friends or colleagues.
