The manager and team at Joondalup were very informative, helpful and friendly. They explained the details of the storage rental and offer the free use of their removal truck. I was able to place a deposit to reserve the storage unit and on the day of the move their advice ensured a seamless move.

The staff were very helpful in a stressful time for me.

This is my first time the First Lady who help me was so helpful what ever I wanted to know or need she was on it.
When my container arrived and the packers had half filled the lock up we found out there was to much still to unload the manger who was there that day was so helpful by finding another lock up for me I would let everyone know how good joondalup storage is with all the work going on out side the staff where so kind and helpful I’m so happy that I did pick there with so much going on in my life this is making a difference.

I am a new customer to Storage King (eg, 3 weeks) and the service by Bree in signing up and being inducted into Storage King was very professional. The unit I have was clean and in fact the premises that we see is kept the same.
It has been easy to get in and out of the facility and importantly the security seems to be terrific.

"Amazing" customer service. Fulfilled all of our wants and needs. Beau and the team make this business standout. Whole experience was positive, moving is a very stressful time, so the undercover loading and unloading bays, the clean well lit walkways and huge lifts all helped in making the whole experience much easier.

I love this storage facility, it clean the staff are always friendly and are so helpful , we have used this storage twice and didn’t want to go any where else. Just a bit over priced though
