Storage King Australia - Kambah Avis 

I booked online and received contact from Storage King welcoming me and offering deals on moving supplies.

They were helpful in selling me a combination lock and even offering to help set it.

In the end I only needed the storage for a few days and they were very straightforward in letting me cancel.

Staff were so helpful on the phone when I was ringing around for storage options. And then when we checked in - amazing.

I went the extra mile to accommodate my needs when I was under great stress.

Josh was very helpful and knowledgeable, making the process to get a storage unit done quickly. He explained everything thoroughly and even showed us to our unit on the day of payment.

We only recently had contact with Storage King and no complaints. The staff were courteous and helpful. We were shown our options of size of storage which is much better than trying to imagine what size each looks like. We were able to put a holding deposit on a unit and when the date came and we visited we were given details/entry codes etc. We now have items in our unit.

Notably, despite the unavailability of their van, they efficiently arranged for me to use a van from their East Fyshwick location.
