The staff are very helpful and friendly, and the property is modern and tidy. The only bad thing is that their customer restrooms are almost always very dirty and unkempt.
Friendly helpful staff who have a sense of humour and get the job done efficiently. Supportive in terms of meeting my requirements and easy to deal with. A real pleasure to be a customer.

Storage is tight
Storage is tight. Unable to access anything after my whole house of items were stacked from the floor to the ceiling.Also is a bit expensive.

I honestly wish they was an option for 10 stars. Some of the staff there are so nice and so patient and extremely helpful.
