Great service
After having to move out of our rental house and given 30 days notice effectively making us homeless as we were about 4 weeks away from our house currently being built and completed we were quite stressed. After finding an available storage facility from the initial phone call to the wonderful service we received from Kim at the Morisset facility I cannot give enough phrase as to how helpful they were. It was very easy to get everything sorted and we felt at peace knowing our belongings were safely stored. Even when the truck turned up with a life long possessions the removal giuys were able to use the forklift and trolley to make things easier to get from the truck to the shed. Of course as things go the shed was not big enough, not a problem Kim was able to arrange another smaller one for the rest of our worldly possessions. Thanks so much Kim and Storage King we appreciate you making this part of our journey easy.

Taking the stress out of storage...
From my first online enquiry to signing up and storing my belongings, the whole process has been very easy. I received a call after making an online enquiry, then dropped in to see Kim and his team. He walked me through the complex and showed me the storage unit to ensure it was the right size. They reserved the unit for me and followed up around the date of my interstate move to ensure all was going to plan. When I arrived, I signed up in a matter of minutes and was given my code for access. Paying each month through their online system is just as easy, using the link in the email invoice they send through. I have absolute peace of mind all my belongings are safe and secure at Storage King Morisset!

staff went above and beyond
They went out of their way to be as helpfull as was possible. As we were getting there late they left smaller units open just in case we would need them which we did need.

Easy to deal with
Storage King Morisset were so easy to deal with. Although they were full, they managed to find me a storage bay for my camper at short notice for one month over Christmas.
Totally recommend.

Thorough follow up from our initial contact was very impressive
Staff answered the questions we had and made us feel very confident in our decision to use the service offered by Storage King Morisset
We were given a tour of the premises and a good deal was offered
The property is clean and well ordered and easily accessible and also very secure
I would recommend the property to anyone that needs safe inexpensive and secure storage
