Storage King Australia - Rouse Hill Avis 

Shirley at Rouse Hill went above and beyond to help us out during a difficult time, excellent customer service.

From start to finish the staff were helpful and very accommodating
I just wish that they have weekly charges instead of monthly but otherwise they are very recommendable.

This is the second time I have used Storage King in Rouse Hill & from picking the right size storage unit, explaining the terms & conditions & closing the account once the space was no longer needed, everything was straight forward & simple. The level of customer service was amazing & we would definitely recommend anyone who needs storage to use Storage king.

The staff member at your Rouse Hill store on the day I signed the contract had the worst customer service skill I have ever seen. I would highly recommend removing her from your Brand.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and accommodating for quite a last minute requirement for storage. Very glad I chose to store my belongings with them.

My experience has been great so far. Just joined a month ago.

Was very disappointed at the level of min service available from onsite attendant.

We ( including removalist ) arrived without our gate code and was told only the person who set up the account could access. The attendant was not prepared to negotiate even with all the ID and emails and documents we had with us nor was prepared to talk to person who signed up the storage. ( was away due to recent floods)

The premises are maybe too new and dont have sufficient labelling on unit numbering system or site diagram. The attendant on site advised she had to leave no one else to help . No mobile number to call if any problems or assistance.

Access to second level via stairs with min placards to instruct on hoist and access. No Lighting in corridors so we had to use phone lights to load into unit. Only Hoist for goods only activated from outside. No lifts.

We apparently activated the silent alarm to exit ( which was due to poor /lack of placard instructions once again ).The attendant quickly appeared more interested in the fine rather than why it happened. Attempted four times to call the site manager to explain and discuss further and no response nor call back to date.

Have dealt with Kennards/National storage and other private facilities and always had a phone or contact back up and been able to navigate premises easily not sure if this is a standard for Storage Kings across their business but certainly not one that i would suggest is a welcoming encounter on first visit.

Outstanding service and the appearance of the premises was modern, extremely clean with a very organised and orderly appearance. The addition of "The Green Truck" and driver was an extremely useful service and a very astute customer service offer. The driver Chris was brilliant and could not help enough. I can't recommend Rouse Hill Storage King or "The Little Green Truck" and Chris enough for your storage and removals needs.
