I was new to the a storage locker world and Sue at Springwood was amazing and so helpful. I’m so happy with the process, my locker choice and location.
If it could be open 24/7 that would be helpful but not a priority.

On our initial visit the requirements…
On our initial visit the requirements of the storage and access were clearly explained and we were shown where the unit was located. On our second visit when we used Storage King's truck to shift some items to storage Sue explain the requirements of the hire clearly and as with our dealings with the other staff member they were pleasant and courteous and knew what customer service was all about.

The helpfulness and kind attitude of the staff made the exprience great. They went above and beyond in helping me find the right sized storage shed for what I needed while I relocted from a different city. When I arrived to have the induction tour, they were amazing and explained everything in a easy way for me to understand.
