Bad costumer service,. They over charge you 300 dollars when your payment is late. Like to pressure costomers to pay for some reason or another.

Zophier was the most pleasant person to help me , she was highly informative and very nice made sure that I knew every detail of the building , her customer service was amazing although the building had a very old feel to it , she brought the life into building with her smile and curtesy. My storage unit was burglarized the…
My storage unit was burglarized the first few weeks I moved my things in. My first storage unit on the 4th floor wasn’t broken into from the unit next to mine (which the guy had been deceased for about a year at the time) and they were auctioning off the belongings. Well someone decided to break the cheap tin foil wall separating the units and steal all of my valuables. They checked the cameras and they claimed they saw no one on the date it was burglarized, so that let me know it was an inside job from someone who knows the layout and where the cameras are. Not to mention there are signs that say “you are on camera 24/7”, that’s also a lie as the cameras are only in the elevators and by the front desk so anyone can access different floors even if they don’t belong on that floor and break into any unit they want. I had over $3000 in things stolen and nothing was replaced. The only reason I left things in there was because I was moving and I had about two weeks lapse time as I waited for my new apartment to become available. When I discovered my unit broken into they denied that anyone could have done it and were very unhelpful in the matter as if they did not give a care. This escalated all the way up to Alex Oates who is the district manager and because I did not purchase the stupid 10$ protection that was never offered to me by the new sales associate they did absolutely nothing about it besides offer me another unit on the same floor in the same hallway as the previous burglary that took place, smh. Today I go there on Sunday October 13, 2018 at 8:19pm to grab some stuff out of my unit and they are closed (no access to the inside units) when clearly the website says they are open Monday - Sunday from 6a-10p. “The lie detector determined THAT WAS A LIE” as they are now closed. This is the worse storage establishment in all of New York and I pray they go out of business. No one should trust their personal belongings here as I am about to do business elsewhere even if it costs more money.

There is a huge infestation rat in the location located in 1900 NW 19th St Fort Lauderdale 33311. Be careful all the people that have their furniture there. I lost everything I had there, The Post Storage didn't respond to me for everything I lost. I paid for two years without any sense because I paid to storage things that the rats bit. The manager of that location is the worst of people to try customers, Customer service never responded to me about the issue I opened with them, I am still waiting for them to respond to me in any way to pay for this damages. If you are looking to store your valuables or furniture look for another company more responsible for the things that happen in their location. For me, this is the worst company to store your things.

Outstanding Service My Ms. Joan F. of Suffern Storage Post
I called Storage Post in Suffern, NY to rent a unit and I was directed to a call center (which I wasn't so pleased with). The lady tried to rent me a unit over the phone and I was not so sure I was interested. I then had the privilege of actually going into the Suffern location and speaking to another woman who was such a friendly, kind spirited and funny woman named of Joan F. who not only rented me a unit for a great cost but also gave me suggestions on what size unit to rent that would benefit my needs. She was not only helpful but she was one of the kindest people i have met in a while. She was not like a robot like many places that I have gone to for many of things and working in customer service myself, she was actually a person and genuinely cared about her customers needs. Whoever hired Ms. Joan definitely did a great job on choosing an employee because I am not one who will go and pick a place my first time but Ms. Joan made a great impression and it shows throughout the whole facility. I would highly recommend Storage Post in Suffern, NY to anyone who is looking for a storage unit. Not only is the staff great, but the units are clean and priced appropriately. - Anthony W.
