OverallGreat Quality, Just Check the Sizing
Overall, I had a great experience shopping with Chelsea FC. The website was easy to use, ordering was straightforward, and my items arrived well packaged and in excellent condition. The quality of the products was very good, and I was pleased with everything I purchased.
The only feedback I would give is about the sizing of the unisex clothing. I ordered a unisex T-shirt in my usual size, but it came up much larger than I expected, so unfortunately I couldn't wear it and ended up giving it to a work colleague who is also a Chelsea supporter. It would be helpful if the product descriptions included more detailed sizing guidance or advised customers when items have a more generous fit.
Apart from that, I was very happy with my experience and would happily shop with Chelsea FC again.

Selection on site was poor & prices…
Selection on site was poor & prices magically more or less doubled by checkout.
Then extremely poor shipping. I got 1 notification of delivery next day despite delivery not happening for several days after.
Another "next day delivery" notification arrived while delivery was 2 days out

Purchased the true blue plus membership…
Purchased the true blue plus membership as it stated you would have the opportunity to buy match day tickets which clearly was a load of nonsense. Even when I login it still doesn't recognise me as a member.
