No care for the fans
Seemingly oversold a product I had purchased and never actually told me it was oversold. They were happy to keep my money though! Only way I found out about it all was calling over a month later to ask what was going on with my order. No apologies or anything! Eventually got a refund, doesn’t make it right.
Months later, ordered the product again and received it, but now fearful to order anything direct from Chelsea again. I care about buying direct to support the club, but not when the club doesn’t seem to care about us.

I didn't have any trouble with the payment nor with the delivery. The product arrived sooner than expected (despite the destination being Italy) and it was just perfect. Amazing service and quality 💯

Tour experience
I had to reschedule a tour experience due to a friendly match being played on the same day. They communicated this very well via email and were efficient with replies regarding the new scheduled date. They were very polite.
