I am in love with Purity Woods…

I am in love with Purity Woods products! I have been using the Dream Cream, Facial Cleanser & Elastin Boost Hyper-Lift Serum for the past 6 weeks & have seen tremendous results already. Fine lines, wrinkles & puffiness under my eyes are GONE! I am almost 57 years young & have never had anyone say kind words about my skin until using these products. I have had 3 people in the past two weeks tell me how amazing my skin looks. Such a good feeling to have others notice the differences and not just myself. I Look Ten Years Younger!

Products ok…

Dry skin rejuvenation cream is gritty and greasy. I have to rub it in between my hands first before the grittiness goes away. For use on hands it’s way too greasy. I have their other products which are fine but I won’t purchase again. No difference in my skin and they’re not EWG rated.

We've been trying to order product for…

We've been trying to order product for a couple weeks and we get very spotty responses from the customer care team. We think we ordered correctly this time but we haven't receive an email and their chat is very slow to respond. I question the validity of this company's customer service practices.

Love These Products!!

Overcharged order was refunded

As a first-time user of this product, I ordered 3 bottles of the dream cream and was charged twice. Six bottles were sent in one box. I notified the company, but it was over a month before the situation was resolved. However, they did refund me in full for all 6 bottles, which was unexpectedly generous, and reported that they have taken measures to ensure this type of error doesn't happen in the future. Although the experience was annoying, I'm happy with the way Purity Woods chose to resolve it.

Changed product burns skin, they won't pay for returns.

UPDATE: Purity Woods have now refunded my order, which I appreciate - thankyou.

I've been using purity woods dream cream and serum for a while and loved it. However, my most recent delivery is different. It smells very strongly of lemons and makes my skin burn and itch and go red. The ingredients list on the label is the same as before. I contacted them and got a reply saying they had increased the lemon oil content to make it smell nicer. They offered me a refund if I returned it... to America. I sent a reply saying that as they had changed the ingredients without notification and now it burned my skin I think it should be free returns.... no reply from them.
Their email to me basically said that no one else has complained and if I don't like the smell, I can return it. But that's not the issue! By changing the mix of ingredients they have changed the effect and it now burns my skin. Very unhappy. I have learned a lesson here - do not order things from outside the UK. If there's a problem you have to pay a lot to return them internationally. I still think they should pay for returns as it's their changes that have made the product unusable for me. I did expect a reply to my reply to them, but nothing has arrived. Apparently they're not responding to my communication, which is so dissappointing. I won't order anything from this company again.
