The Boatyard and Chandlery at Hilperton Wharf on the Kennet and Avon canal near Trowbridge supplies all the services, parts and spares a boater needs. We stock diesel, calor LPG gas, coal, water, pumpout and much more. We also have a chandlery boat Aquilo which you may see cruising around the canal network, we carry lots of essential spares and everyday chandlery items on board especially the awkward to transport items like boat poles and boat hooks. On our online store you will find service bundles for most popular makes of engines found on the inland waterways, these bundles offer an extra discount when you buy a full service kit for your engine.

An essential for us boaters....
The Boatyard has everything you need for life afloat/leisure, well stocked with essentials and more and always a good supply of fuel for the winter.
Everyone there is friendly and helpful. My husband had health issues and they always went the extra mile to help when he needed a hand refueling the boat with diesel, water etc etc or carrying wood/coal. Highly recommend.

Good product but awful amount of plastic packaging
The product is great, and was shipped quickly. I was a bit appalled by the amount of plastic wrapping around the box though; simply closing the cardboard box with plastic-free tape would have done the job, there was no need to wrap in a few metres (no kidding) of black cling film that I don't think can even be recycled.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are sorry that you were not happy with the way the item was packaged to protect the contents.
Unfortunately because parcels are often left outside either in the delivery chain or at customers address we have found it necessary to wrap our parcels to protect the boxes and there contents from the elements. The shrink wrap we use is a recyclable brand.

Very happy with goods we ordered
Very happy with goods we ordered. Better than expected. Only problem was the Evri delivery. Very confusing, saying they'd delivered when they hadn't, sending reminders to pick up parcel when it wasn't there, but we got there in the end.

There’s a wide variety of products for every boating need, you can call in advance to make sure what you need is there and pay online and pickup later.
