Was not upfront about shipping costs...I had a 50 dollar order from Walmart. The toilet tissue was less than 9 dollars and they want to charge 19.99 for shipping. was supposed to come by 7pm today..... Voir plus
Had a defective unit, electronics, and a quick phone call to Storefly, my issues were immediately addressed. I had a new unit sent immediately, when I recurved, next day, I sent the broken unit back.... Voir plus

Cost of shipping late late delivery

This in unfortunate. Customer mistakenly ordered Fedex Overnight (next business day) on a Friday and complains that it arrives on Monday (on time). He doesn't realize that he caused three people at least an hour each trying to fix HIS issue. Myself, the warehouse router, and the Fedex troubleshooter EACH tried to get his package to arrive on Saturday (at my expense). I even refunded him $38 and he still isn't happy.

Sorry for the confusion Herman. StoreFly, as well as multiple other websites, get it's descriptions from our supplier, who get their description from the manufacturer. I agree that the description could be more clear. The title shows "ON/OFF/(ON)", where the "(ON)" in brackets is code for momentary. Sadly, there is nothing StoreFly can do about this. Mike
