We had a journey in finding the right UK manufacture partner and testing which material was best for us to work with, finally ending on using 230gsm cotton — it proved to be strong/resilient, and importantly, we could produce the product sustainably. We are continually learning and adapting as our business develops, the feedback we receive helps us to understand and build on what we are producing. Lovely bag
The design of the bag is, as expected, a gorgeous retro design. It was packaged well with no plastic in sight. My only disappointment was the material used to make the bag - I was hoping for something that felt a bit more substantial.
