Storing.com offer a low cost storage solution alongside our FREE collection service to take the stress out of your storage or moving experience.
With our collection service we send a minimum of a 2 man team to the property who will do all the moving and handling for you, load the unit for you to over see, seal it so you know its secure and return it to our depot for storage.
Depending on your storage duration we also have some fantastic limited time offers which you may be applicable for.

Communications and interactions with the people that work there was clear, professional and friendly at all stages - from when they collected our things, to when we went to get our stuff back - one year later. Their prices are reasonable (and with no surprises).

Excellent customer service from their friendly, professional staff. Great value for money. We have used storing.com twice for long-term storage and both times have been very happy with the service provided.

Very easy booking process both storing and delivery back to our house smooth and right on time. The delivery service on both ends was a huge benefit. Efficient loading and unloading, very friendly and professional team of guys. All good.

Be aware of the final charge
Collection and delivery times were spot on with friendly staff. Only disappointment was when I found out it would cost £1200 to get my furniture back.

Appreciate your time to give us feedback Andrew. When you initially came into store you received a FREE collection, delivery is always charged at the end of your storage period, however we do give customers the option to self collect or use a third party to collect on your behalf should you prefer not to use our services. We do regret that you felt negatively regarding the delivery cost but we do try to keep our prices as competitive as possible.
Furniture delivered
The team were friendly, helpful and very obliging. They took great care when offloading the furniture and putting items where needed.

A Seamless and Professional Experience!
The whole process from start to finish was professional. When I enquired about their service offerings, I was given an outline of what to expect and the fully cost. The date was booked and all the paperwork done so, when the the two gentlemen from Storing.com communicated before reaching their destination. It was very helpful that they did this and gave us great confidence in them. They were professional and made the whole experience bearable, explaining what they were doing and finalising with the sign-off.
I would recommend Storing.com to anyone looking for storage facilities.

Best storage company I’ve ever used
Extremely good customer service. Very secure storage. Excellent inventory. Competitive on price. I cannot fault them. Stored for 18 months and everything in great condition when I retrieved it.
