Storm Fashion Avis 

The item I ordered has not arrived, I emailed twice no response. I was acknowledged by Claudia herself who states she would investigate its whereabouts, still awaiting to hear back. In another order, I ordered a small and received an extra small, trying to return this and again no response via email, no number to call. I’m concerned that if I return to the address stated on the return policy that I won’t get a refund. This is there error in sending the wrong size but no acknowledgment of this. I ordered from them earlier this year and I had so much trouble then, not sure why I bothered again, my mistake.
Terrible company and it’s a shame because the items themselves aren’t bad.

Ordered something and they took my money and never received what I ordered and I have been asking for my money back and they want give it back. This place is a SCAM!!!

I ordered two Sister Stories hoodies in October as gifts - I have seen these on other people and the quality seems to be good! I wish I had had the chance to see it for myself. The website advised 2-3 days standard delivery and so I expected them within a week! To date I am still waiting!! Also to date I am still waiting for a single response to my various methods of trying to communicate with this company in order to get an update on why there is a delay- via website query form/e-mails/social media messages. Zero response. To that end I have had no option but to recoup my money via my credit card company (thankfully I used this to pay the £165 for the items).
Would not recommend purchase from this company. Communication and customer service is key in any business and unfortunately this company does not have it.

Shocking shocking shocking!! AVOID!!! SCAM!!!! Placed an order on 2nd Sep… soooo many emails back and forth. Logistics rubbish!!!! Asked for refund four times and keep being told the order will be re-shipped. Phone numbers do not work…. Total scam artists. Have reported as FRAUD!!

I ordered months ago and have received nothing but excuses via email.
Apparently my order got delivered to someone who lives no where near me and they’re trying to rearrange delivery, this still hasn’t arrived.
This company is a joke and it is clearly a scam.
Should have guessed it was to good to be true.

I ordered a Xmas tree back in August never received it emailed eventually got tracking number that was crap said it was delivered, I emailed company to be told the delivery driver made a mistake and they would get it back and deliver again surprise surprise no delivery I’ve told them I want a refund been told I can’t get a refund don’t know why quick enough taking will never ordered again stay clear from this company

Ordered from this company last August and never got the delivery. Numerous time now, I've requested a refund to get another email from them that I'll receive the goods in 7 days. Receipt is showing Ralon Trading LTD but the emails are coming from Jianfenglin from Fashion storm fusion. Avoid at all costs, it's worst place to deal with.

Ordered goods from this company in August and have been told lie after lie it’s been sent lost in transit and resends good just disgusting that they are still allowed to pry on people like us was advertised on site which thought be safe but not please people be careful and not let this happen to you

Do not purchase anything from this company this is a SCAM..placed my order on 31st August and still waiting for delivery..sent numerous emails and continually fobbed of about logistics rubbish..I purchased my goods because it was an advert on instagram and thought it would be ok..have now learned my lesson but will to my best to bring this company down..I have contacted police and trading standards

Total scam . We have been emailing for months being told the item is being delivered. Royal Mail tracking number given is fake, Royal Mail confirmed it belonged to a different delivery. Do not trust this company !!

I have 75 emails all saying be patient, sorry for your experience, logistics have lost it, and the best one yet...because we are so far away it's hard to refund?? erm...no it's it's not... lie after lie.
I have given all information to police...let's see how the world wide web is affected by distance...absolutely fuming but then I suppose it's my own fault really.. I am now taking pleasure in spamming the crap out of them and leaving bad reviews everywhere I can. I report every ad I see as they keep changing names..Ralon trading was the original....

I wish I had seen these reviews. These scammers operate under different names uncluding Ralon and Indiefit. They took 2 payments from me - $54.98 and $ 37.99 back inn August. One was for a mac calander. They lie sayinng it is on its way, then delayed then delivered! I have received NOTHING from them. Paypal are investigating one claim and I will have to contact my bank for the other fraud. I HATE THIEVES!!!!!

I order 2 MAC Xmas Calendars in August for nearly £50 they have never arrived, constantly chasing and now just read everyone else's reviews on here. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Don't buy from this company, parcel never arrived given a tracking number that shows it's delivered but nothing never arrived. Now there saying its the courier company but there never was a parcel. They're a complete scam stay away.

I ordered two Charlotte Tilbury gift sets, £30 each on 5th of September and nothing has arrived, at first they fobbed me off saying they were on their way. Nothing for weeks so contacted them again and I was given some tracking information but surprise surprised it led to nothing to show. Please stop purchasing from this fraudulent company who advertise through Facebook

Do NOT use this company they took my money. No parcel arrived when it was on the tracking status. It said it had been delivered to a completely different country. Nobody is bothered. I have tried numerous ways to get a refund DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

no item received took my money - phone does not accept incoming call and do not answer email - PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY -say the goods have been delivered but to the other end of the Country and no POD - absolute disgrace

No one responded to emails or phone numbers as I needed to get hold of somebody because i didn’t get an order confirmation when I placed my order as you can imagine it was not cheap the order, so I did not know if my order was being processed as this was a birthday present and it was unacceptable.

Item not received.
Generic reply when made complaint saying that tracking will be received within 3 days, but they were unaware of either my name or the goods ordered, therefore can only be computer generated automatic response.
Has every indication of being a scam site and I am now contacting bank to recall card payment.
Another example of Facebook (Meta) making no check whatsoever of who they allow to advertise on their platform.
