Never buy a Storm again
Waste of time writing as they never read them. I have 2 Storm watches, one a nice dress watch, the other an SM2 smartwatch. The first time the dress watch needed a battery I replaced it myself. The back plate was hard to remove and impossible to replace. Took it back to the retailer I bought it from, who refitted it with difficulty. The next time I needed a battery I took it back to the shop for them to do it. For some reason they couldn’t get the back plate on. They suggested I contacted Storm. As with other reviewers here, they wanted insurance postage to them and return and a charge for the work! I complained and they said you don’t have to send it back, take it to a local shop! Not said in the original email. In the meantime I took it to my local Timpsons, who replaced immediately free of charge. They have definitely lost my custom.
