Simply outstanding! Very personal service provided by two super-friendly people. I certainly never expected to have a memorable experience at a storage facility, but to my surprise and delight, my first experience in my new town was with the Mt. Juliet StorPlace, and it greatly exceeded any expectation. I arrived 10-15 minutes before they technically opened, but instead of having us wait, they flipped the sign around to "Open," and waved us in. The facility was immaculate! My wife and I were shuttled to our temp-controlled unit and were shown how to use the locks, where the carts and restrooms were located, and more. The paperwork was covered in a very professional and efficient manner, and we were never rushed along. We were provided a nice folder and some extra keyrings and were told that we would receive a discount on any of the packing materials for sale at the facility. I will recommend StorPlace Mt. Juliet to anyone in the market for a storage unit. The people at this facility are awesome and the facility itself is stellar!

I had to move my life into storage pretty quickly. StorPlace was incredibly helpful and thorough helping me navigate through the process! While I'm hoping I don't have to leave my belongings in there more than a couple of months, I have the peace of mind that they are in good hands!

I have used storeplace of cool springs multiple times over the years. The facility is convenient, clean and the staff are all long term workers that have a lot of pride in their facility, and add a personal touch to the process. I have recently started up a new business that requires a storage facility to process orders. My current unit has an outdoor access and is ultra convenient. I love it...

Great facility. Well lit. Carts available to use at the multi level climate controlled unit. I was disappointed to be told by the first person I worked with that my unit “near the elevator” was a full 10x15 when in fact it had about 25% of that space taken up by the block wall of the elevator. I later questioned it with the manager and was appropriately moved to a full size unit a short distance further. Employee was either not educated or simply dishonest. Disappointing. The unit itself is great.

Luke helped us very much in choosing the correct size storage unit that we needed. He was always friendly and professional. We will use StorPlace again for our moving and storage needs.

Renting a unit was fast and simple and I got a month free. Units are clean and in excellent condition, smaller units like my 5x10 are inside a building which helps to further protect your items.

Storplace of Bellevue is managed efficiently by Amy and her staff. If there are problems, they will contact you. If you have special requests, they will do their best to help. They are very customer friendly!
