I'm extremely disappointed with this service. if i could give them 0 stars, I would. I lost 6587 USD. They accepted my registration and responded to emails quickly, but when it came time to my first payout, they completely disappeared from email and WhatsApp. Be very careful before trusting this service with your money...
Totally a scam service. we lost around 12k. We found Strabl through google and contacted them via email. They responded quickly, reviewed our legitimate ecommerce SaaS business, and asked us to pay 500 AED to get approved. We paid, opened an account, and integrated their service into our website, After reaching Around 12k in sales, we contacted them about our payout and provided all required payment information. After 48 hours with no response, we followed up repeatedly by email and WhatsApp. It has now been around 2 months with no response and no access to our funds. we believe we have been scammed, and our team is currently considering legal action to recover our money from this scam service. Our advice be extremely careful.
If you want to get scammed, use STRABL!
Totally unacceptable experience. after using their service for only 2 months, when we reached the stage of receiving our payout, they suspended our account for no clear reason. Everything on our side was legal and compliant, yet they stopped responding and went silent. No one is answering our emails or providing any explanation. we are currently dealing with 4,689 USD in funds that remain unavailable to us, and we are working on legal proceedings to recover our money from these scammers. we highly DO NOT RECOMMEND STRABL TO ANY OTHER BUSINESSES!

Very disappointed and frustrated with this service. After only 3 months of use, our funds were held without any clear reason, and despite multiple attempts to contact support, we could not find anyone willing to properly assist us, Extremely unprofessional, very poor communication, and very frustrating experience. it honestly a scam, I highly recommend avoiding this service.

We had a very disappointing experience with strabl, Our funds were held for no reason, and they told us that we had to wait until the 4 months holding period was completed. That period has now ended, but after contacting them for more then a Month and sending multiple follow-ups, we still have not received any response. I strongly recommend avoiding this service and being extremely careful, and think twice before using this.
Running an e-commerce needs a great PSP like you guys. Best support ever.

Update – Extremely Disappointed
I have now been waiting over 50 days for my payout.
According to the company’s stated policy, payouts are processed after 45 days of inactivity. That period has already passed, yet I have still not received my funds.
I contacted support multiple times and was initially told the matter was under review. Since then, responses have become unclear and delayed, and I have not been given a definite timeline for when my payout will be released.
Having funds withheld beyond the stated timeframe without a clear explanation is very concerning. The lack of transparency and consistent communication has seriously affected my confidence in this company.
I hope this matter is resolved promptly and that the company provides a clear and fair update regarding my payout.

If I could give this company a rating below one star, I would. This company is a scam with terrible service and poor treatment of clients. They scammed me out of almost 60% of my money. I do NOT recommend it at all. BEWARE!!
