Had a faulty item ( manufacturer issue) and they changed it straight away . Great communication ( you can speak to actual human beings ) and just really good customer service which is refreshing these days I also messaged them regarding delivery before I placed an order and got an instant reply… which again shows the great service. First time I have used them , and 100% be using them again.

Bought 2 paddle boards from them.customer service has been absolutely amazing! One paddle board unfortunately had a wee hole in it, got sent a replacement straight away no issues! Highly recommend this company, it’s so refreshing dealing with people that actually have their customers best interests at heart and are truly helpful.

I purchased 2 x Barbie 'make your own dreamhouse' by bladez toys, they were on sale so as a collector I purchased one to build up and customise and one to keep in the box.
I received regular emails which kept me updated every step of the way and I received the houses quickly in sturdy packaging.
I am delighted with the items and the transaction was perfect from beginning to end so I wouldn't hesitate to shop here again.

Where do I start. This is the best customer service I have ever come across. I bought a Helly Hansen winter coat March 2024. I wore it this month and noticed a few teeth from the zip missing. I emailed customer service last Tuesday evening, they replied straight back and a new coat was sent out, a return label was emailed to me and I received my coat today. One happy customer.

Looking the tracking systems for both orders, there's no markers that they're being returned to sender. One is being redelivered today and the other was dispatched on Thursday 5th. You sent one email on Tuesday 3rd, which we responded to promptly.
We have had extremely high demand for the product you ordered, which had led to delays in dispatch which we apologise for. If you have any further issues, we will be more than happy to resolve them.

Dear Chris, we were very saddened to see this as we thought we'd dealt with your queries as and when they came in last week and yesterday. However, it appears they were not.
As you know, you initially called us to place the order, telling us the item was not required until August, but wanted to order it early. Your order was taken over the phone. However, the order was not processed correctly our side, thus no payment or email was sent to you to confirm because the order was still waiting to be put in to our system. That was completely our fault and we did of course apologise for this when you called and subsequently processed the payment and removed postage charges by way of an apology for the issue.
I am afraid we are currently experiencing very high volumes of orders and we are a small business, so have been working extremely hard to get orders out, but this means it takes longer for the orders to get processed from start to finish, as we prioritise them in the order that they come in.
Your order was input while you were on the phone and it was in our system when you called yesterday and had been picked and packed and was awaiting despatch - which is when the courier collects and scans the parcel. This usually then triggers a confirmation of despatch email (sometimes this can go in to junk) depending on your email settings. However, due to the number of orders, the scan could not get done earlier than Tuesday as the courier had collected already.
We did send a manual confirmation through yesterday, which from my understanding you received while you were on the telephone but I apologise if this was not the case. Should you still need that confirmation again, please do let us know and we will happily send it for you.
By way of an apology for the delay, we have arranged for a free science related toy to be sent with. your order. This has been despatched today, for a next day service with DHL - which we hope will be with you tomorrow but please allow up to two working days. The tracking will update once the parcel is collected and you will be able to see it moving through the delivery network.
We usually do very well with our customers and their feedback but on this occasion, for you, we did not hit the mark so we sincerely apologise for that.
To confirm, as per our telephone conversations, we have not charged any postage on your order and we have sent with your purchase, a free science related item, which I hope your grandson likes, when his birthday arrives.
Again, apologies for the mishap on this occasion.

I ordered this for my husbands birthday as he's a massive fan. Due to the holidays it said it would be arriving just after his birthday. We'll it arrived on his birthday.
