Top quality product and they always send you exactly what you asked for. Some cbd websites the pics and descriptions dont match what you get in the post. Strain station isn't one of them. I have thought every bit of cbd ive ordered from here I was over the moon happy with. Flower and hash, budget or premium, always 10/10 and I have tried 6 types of flower and 3 types of hash and all amazing. Also I request royal mail 48hr tracked and sometimes its came the very next day! Great all round!

The description was accurate and the site easy and simple to navigate.
The product was good quality and packed well and securely. We will be purchasing again. Great help for those with medical needs so five stars from us

Excellent company with immediate despatch of products.
Never tried cbd flower before and was very impressed by the quality and taste of the buds at a very reasonable price, which are fresh and taste good giving a relaxing feeling.

This was my first time ordering from Strain-Station. My order went missing with the courier (they said they had "misplaced" it - not lost lost it) but Strain-Station handled it properly. I got in touch with them expecting the usual hassle, but they replied quickly, apologised, and sent a replacement straight away. No chasing, no arguing. They even refunded the delivery, which was a nice surprise. (I haven't received the refund yet but, to be honest, I don't care because what happend next was awesome).

In typical fashion, the original parcel turned up, followed by the replacement the next day. I offered to return one, but they told me to keep it and thanked me for being honest!

Not many companies deal with problems this well, especially when it wasn’t their fault in the first place. I will happily order from them again, although with the kind gesture of the free replacement it might be a month or two before I do, and I recommend them without hesitation.

Half of my order never came. Other half of the order was under weight.
Been trying for 3 days now to contact them for a refund of nearly £50 but has fallen on deaf ears. Countless emails not replied to and no phone number to contact them.
Very unsatisfied and would not recommend this company at all.
