The Strainbank Avis

They post really nice pics of healthy plants in Rockwool cubes but what I got was weak plants in soil plugs. They told me soil plug was a new kind of Rockwool then offered to replace plants if I gave them more money. They got me don't let them get you!

Great they have seeds for you……..

The offer of free seeds with information on how to germinate and grow my own plants. I am on a tight budget and cant afford to find out if I can grow the plants with the price of seeds from other internet sellers. So happy to get a chance to learn with the free seeds. Thank you.

I love the site it’s easy to use, very nice promotions, 10/10 highly recommend!

This is my first time looking into planting and growing my own medicine, and strain bank has made it easier to navigate and learn about the differences between starting with clones vs seeds. I sent an email asking about their prices and options and when it would be better to start with clones vs seeds. In addition to their website which has a lot of their FAQs already answered, their customer service team responded to me within a day with clarification. There is a wide array of options and they offer quite a bit of the information on how to grow your own.

Fast response time!

Require a 5 star review up front, then ghost you. I'm out.

I find this website to be extremely informative. I appreciate the geology information about availability of local product. I also appreciate the information about the genealogy of each specific stave of plant I find this resource to be highly valuable, and if you were looking for information about the cultivation of cannabis this is the website for you. As an agricultural instructor on the post secondary and high school levels, I use this website as a resource to show my students, the viability and legality of cannabis cultivation. I also use this website to show the power of a word when people use the word weed they think of it as a waste product switching from weed to cannabis allows for a more legitimate discussion of its uses and worth.

So far customer service has been excellent and have been able to answer all questions I had . Excellent company .

I’ve found this website to be very informative, especially the section on how to germinate seeds as i was treating them more like your typical garden seed and not soaking before toweling. Looking forward to trying some of your seeds and then clones.

Giving me the chance to try 5 seeds out risk free makes this a no brainer

I’ve been reading the information on the website, and it’s been extremely helpful towards my process of getting started in this hobby.

The ease of the menu and finding the free seed program was awesome since I'm on a limited income +++

I have ordered from them twice and have received my package within 3 to 4 days.

Simple and I'm a veteran and love the appreciation you guys give to our military

Ordering anything from this company would be a mistake. I placed an order for clones. This was my first experience with ordering cannabis and unfortunately I used these guys. I was initially pleased with the quick response and the ease to place an order. I should of seen the red flags when immediately after making payment "Paul" was no longer quick to respond and when he did he began a campaign, first using ignorance that an order was placed then onto deception of available product finishing up with bogus ship dates. I never received what I payed for or anything for that manner. Unfortunately this seems to be a common practice from this company and only after digging some did I find the truth about the experience others have had as well. Although he obviously found someone to develop a web page that looks as if this company is reputable, larger then they are and as if trust worthy. THEY ARE NOT !!! DIG SOME. I found many reviews with the exact same experience as mine. The Google rating they have has been manipulated in some way because there are more negative reviews than positive. My guess is this is some half -ass grower whom couldn't grow a decent garden and is unable to meet even his basic claims he made. Unfortunately it is yet another person who takes away credibility from the cannabis industry. Please don't use them. They will rob you of not only your money but your excitement to start a garden.

New to growing can’t wait to get some seeds and get started!!

Amazing genetics and unparalleled customer service. A definite frontrunner in the industry.

This was a smooth process with minimal effort. Received my seeds and they sprouted quickly. Will definitely buy again. Great store and employees.
