Ordered a bracelet on June 29 with “3-8 day” shipping. By July 14 nothing had shipped. I asked for an update, then asked to cancel on July 16 — before the item had even left their warehouse. They refused, citing “processing queue,” and kept refusing every time I followed up over the next two weeks, even after I said I’d already bought the item elsewhere because of their delay.

Every reply came from the same rep (“Marry”) with near-identical copy-paste apologies — “we understand your frustration,” “we sincerely apologize for the delay” — followed by a flat refusal to actually do anything. When I said I’d dispute it with my bank, they claimed it had “already shipped” and couldn’t be stopped. When it finally arrived, over a month late, they refused the return on the technicality that the item wasn’t damaged — ignoring that they’d made it impossible to cancel while it could have been.

If a company can delay your order well past the window they promised, deny you the right to cancel during that delay, and then use the fact that they eventually shipped it as the reason they won’t take it back — that’s not customer service, that’s a script designed to run out the clock on your patience. Avoid.

I previously gave this a 1 star and said to avoid as it’s a scam site - surprisingly my strap arrived today (ordered on June 23rd)
The experience has still be horrible BUT I am happy to report my order has arrived !!

They are just scammers... Strap never arrived... Even though received email saying it was shipped since May... Updates keep showing in transit... Scammers... NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!

This is a horrible company do not shop with them. They lie about they lie and take forever to respond. Not an honest company. The watches don’t work

Complete scam site with great website genuine listings look alike, i ordered 3 straps received some dummy email which cannot be opened on receipt all jargons, been over 3 weeks no response no tracking when sent a email vague response, be careful , i have lost my money

I ordered and paid 3 weeks ago, their website shows a tracking number which is "unknown" and their customer service does not reply to any of my 12 messags or call or whatever.
I'm filing a claim with the CC company to get my money back. Real bad expercience

Es una estafa, no se corresponde lo de la foto con lo que envían y llevo dos semanas enviando correo electrónico sin recibir ninguna respuesta. Para poder devolverlo no compréis en esta página es una estafa.

I made an order of two straps and received a confirmation email.. then nothing! Their website isn’t working anymore. Also the tracking didn’t move for weeks. I’ve sent them an email and still no answer.

This is a FRAUDULENT site.Product ordered 11 days ago. Has not been handed to the shipping company. No response to 3 follow-up emails.

I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Strapops.com. This website appears to be an AI-generated scam.
I placed an order and received a tracking number for Yun Express, but the shipping information has been completely stagnant since the day the notification was sent. It shows absolutely no movement from China to the US.
When I contacted their support team, they gave me the standard runaround, asking for "more time" to process the shipment. I waited an additional week as requested, but nothing changed. When I followed up to request a full refund, they completely stopped responding. They have now ignored my messages for another week.
I am now moving forward with a chargeback through my credit card company to reverse these charges. If you are in the same situation, do not wait for them to "fix" it—contact your bank or credit card provider immediately to file a dispute. Save yourself the headache and avoid this site entirely.
