Same story as everyone else
Same story as everyone else. Ordered on Nov 29th. Still no response after multiple emails and no product. Will be requesting a refund through my credit card company.
I still have no TV
I still have no TV, ordered and paid in full November 20, 2025. It's December 4th. Like others with this same problem, I have emailed the company, I have reported a problem through their website with no response, and I absolutely cannot find a phone number for them. I really hate that I won't be receiving the TV, but I feel I have no other choice but to dispute this charge.
Don't order through them
Ordered the 32in version on 17th November. Money taken immediately and order confirmation sent through. This is after I had seen them on Facebook but I NEVER shop through links so I googled them and found them (not a sponsored link). Everything looked great. So I went ahead.
Since then I have chased online and email and have received no TV and no responses. Am going to take it up with credit card company and try and get a refund through them. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Well, I guess I'm the first one to write a review on Trustpilot for this company but I hope this review helps someone make the right decision for themself when contemplating making a purchase from Streamsmile.
I watched the infomercials on Facebook several times over several weeks before deciding to pull the trigger. Of course, Facebook reviews were glowing aside from some people saying that the TV and stand were a little heavy. I felt I could deal with them--frankly, it seemed to go without saying since it is a TV!
Nowhere in their infomercial does it state there are two sizes to choose from with two different prices. It wasn't until I checked out and received a pop-up offer did I realize there is a 24-inch for $799 and a 36-inch for $899. Immediately upon realizing this, I tried to cancel the order in order to purchase the 36-inch but that was not possible. There isn't a customer service phone number to contact anyone so I sent an e-mail to Customer Service to try to rectify the situation. Twenty-four hours passes and crickets. Forty-eight hours passes and still crickets, so I send another e-mail. Crickets.
Now, I am frustrated so I decide to post a warning to future purchasers about the two sizes and pricing and also to give them a heads up about customer service. My Facebook post also received crickets although there are other posts with something "favorable" to say which seems to get Streamsmile's attention since those posts get an acknowledgement. Hmm, me thinks there is something fishy going on here, like, maybe paid reviews.
I have received zero confirmation when my TV is going to ship but I got an immediate confirmation when my order was placed with an order number and the money was charged to my credit card.
I'm going to try having this charge disputed with my credit card company. I don't want anything to do with Streamsmile.
