Street Wave Avis 

I ordered an outfit from Street Wave on 20.05.26 at a cost of £106.42.
The outfit when it arrived was unsuitable and I contacted Street Wave and asked for a refund.
The company has not been clear or particularly interested about how I effectively receive a full refund

Took ages to arrive. Quality was awful, didn't even remove from the bag s fabric poor, can't get refund as they keep denying receiving pictures apparently needed before return!
WARNING - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Ordered two soft pure linen shirt dresses based on pictures. Took at least two weeks to arrive. On receipt were nothing like the picture and questionable they were linen although stated so on label. Material was of a cheap quality utility material. Dresses didn’t flow properly. Won’t be worn. Could see waste of time trying for refund. So my loss their gain. Don’t buy.

The order was over a week late, but that fades in comparison to the appalling quality of the clothing that turned up. A plaid coat that was clearly shown in the image as being made from a woollen-like fabric, thick and blanket-like, In reality it is made from cheap shiny nylon-y "material" with horrible garish colours. Nothing like the picture at all. If I was going to a fancy dress as an insane clown it would be ideal. The other item, I bought at the same time was equally cheap and nasty. I am now trying to return them. Still waiting for the return label to be emailed to me. Shan't be shopping with this lot ever again.
EDIT - their email address info@street-wave is not reachable. Emails bounce back. Plan to try the number next.
EDIT: tried another email address. They did answer but only offered a 15% refund or a credit note for more of their revolting rubbish. This does not comply with the impression given on their website refund policy. Going to carry on arguing the toss for as long as I can.

AVOID!!!!

This company didn't post my order until the day before it was due to be delivered. I emailed them, but of course got no reply. It turns out that my goods were coming from China, which is not apparent from the website; it looks like it's based in the UK. The order did eventually arrive, 2 weeks late; and the quality is truly atrocious, and not worth anything like what I paid for it. They are not a genuine company. My first clue of this was that the email was hard to find, and didn't work from the website, and the contact phone is a mobile number, which I think is UK-based. I didn't try it! Don't order from this website.

I ordered a lightweight breathable shirt from this company. It came later than they said it would, also it was too short and too small for my husband so I wanted to return it. They said you could get a refund if you returned the goods within fourteen days, there was no shipping address on the website, they said on the website that they had customer service advisers who answer your call. All I got was an automated message and to send an email which I had all ready done and that it would take two business days to get back to you nothing happened and I sent about four emails received no reply and no shipping address to send the items back and no refund on my money.

Beware of this company... I received my order of 2 pairs of shoes. Neither pairs were true to size and I have been able to return them.. the website promises returns within 2 weeks however the Customer Service phone number is not manned except a message to email their Customer Dept - which having done 5 times in the last week, remains unanswered. There is no address to send any returns so I am left with shoes I can not wear and a lighter pocket.

My wife ordered a suede jacket in size Small, she is size 8. The jacket arrived over 2 weeks after they said it would, from China... When she tried it on it was too tight, so tried to contact them for return instructions, via website email address, no response at all. Tried by phone, an answering service referred us back to website....avoid!
